Developer Transitions

Many property management firms will not work with a new association during the transition from the developer to the initial Board of Trustees.  The fact is that developer transitions require much more work by the property manager and most firms don't want to invest their resources in this time-demanding effort.   At Janek, we have worked with many associations through the developer transition and enjoy the addtional challenges provided by these transitions.
