In keeping with our founding principle of superior customer service, we are focused on providing constant and consistent communication to our clients.  At Janek Property Management, our goal is to provide the Board of Trustees with the information you need to make informed decisions for the association.  We provide detailed monthly reports so you can see actual spending versus budget.  We visit your property regularly to ensure that the buildings stay in satisfactory condition.  Every action we take is designed to protect the association and gather as much information as possible.  The Board of Trustees is responsible for the final decisions – and it is our job to provide the information to help you make those decisions. 

Here are some of the differences between Janek Property Management and other firms:

  • If we perform maintenance services on your property, we do not charge a mark up on any materials we purchase for the project. 

 

  • If you have an emergency on your property after hours, our hourly rate is the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - even on weekends and holidays.

 

  • If we manage a project for your association, we do not charge any project management fee if the project cost is less than $100K.
